Today we are excited to announce the 3 year anniversary of CloudPires!
In 2016 we decided there needed to be a premier, locally owned, ServiceNow consulting company in the OKI (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana) area to serve the many customers embracing this fast-growing platform.
We were working on the customer side of this platform and realized we approached this differently than other vendors out there. We provide a unique experience that draws on our own experiences in the customer world.
Since CloudPires launched in August 2016, our space has grown tremendously as well as our knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
When we launched CloudPires, we were a team of four employees in our first year. Since then, we’ve grown our team to 30+ awesome members.
Our first office was the size of a small two-car garage (220 sq feet), we now have 3 offices (over 6500 sq feet).
We recently achieved the ServiceNow Elite Partner status in just over a year and a half.
The CloudPires social media was grown as well. Our LinkedIn following has grown to 200 followers and our brand new Twitter account is growing every day.
Soon we will be officially announcing a new product that will be released into the ServiceNow store. QuickService allows us to connect two separate ServiceNow instances together quickly so they can share data.
We pay close attention to the needs of our customers and always encourage people to leave us feedback. We are hard at work to bring you more features that will give you more control over your ServiceNow experience.
We will continue to understand our customers’ problems, goals, organization, and culture. We want to be a part of our customers’ team in delivering good quality products/services.
